These tights are a great part of anyone's foundation. They stretch in all the right places, hug all the right bits, and hide all the wrong ones. Plus they aren't polyester or nylon, so swamp a$$ is at a minimum. In the Seattle summer I love em because a breeze can get through. I'm a tall girl (6'3"), and they work just fine! plus they're reliably American made. I would never buy these in the shop because they usually are $28, but when you can find them online for less than $10, it's just makes sense. Plus the color palette is nice!!! I would wash them first by hand and wring them out. They release quite a bit of dye. It's just a given...

Very Colorful

I purchased these as part of a costume. The leggings are very brightly colored, seem to hold up well, and are very opaque. They don't stretch so much as to show different shades like some leggings made of thinner materials do. They run true to size, and have just enough stretch to make them fit snugly but not tight, and get on without too much fuss. They are also much warmer outside in the cold than bare-legged. My only negative comment is how they are listed here, unable to view the different colors... but they are the same colors as the rest of the American Apparel 8328 leggings line.

Good Stuff

I have had a hard time finding a decent pair of leggings. Usually they don't fit right or I don't like the way the material feels. These are perfect. I am 5'2" and was a little concerned when one reviewer said they were too long. I wear petites and these were fine. They did not look as though they were painted on and had a nice, relaxed fit. I especially liked the cotton material. They felt soft and natural. Whatever spandex they contained wasn't enough to change the feel. I plan to order two more in different colors. My only criticism is that they do not come in dark brown. I'm surprised as that is a classic color.
