The tights material is great, but they always slipped down my butt region, its kinda annoying :( bc i paid alot of money for these, i wish they were tighter, but the sizing is so complex to get a accurate fit.

Goodbye ice baths

I highly recommend these SKINS recovery tights! After my long runs I'll skip the ice bath and wear the RY400 Recovery Tights and have no soreness the next day. They are ok to wear overnight, in fact I'll wear them upwards of 15 hours after a long run. I bought a pair for my mom and she is also very pleased with the results, not to mention ecstatic to say goodbye to post-run ice baths! I have another marathon running friend who also swears by these SKINS. Happy running, happy recovery!

If you wear them, they work

These tights can really help muscle pain. I will wear them to bed after a hard practice.Only problem I have is the motivation to put them on. You can wear other things such as sweats over them, but it does feel kind of weird when they rub together. I also avoid using them around my friends, as it causes lots of questions.Anyways, I really recommend these for people that have frequent workouts. My sore legs are usually much better in the morning, and since I can wear them at night I do not have to worry about them that much.
