By E. sumner
I love my CW-X tights collection, but I love these the best. I wear these running, favoring 5-mile runs, but I have run longer distances in them. I already had the Stabilyx shorts, the Stabilyx Tri shorts, and the Pro Tights (my first ones) so I have been adding to my collection as I have been growing more and more impressed with the brand. I have not tried any other brands. I just know that whenever I run in non-compression shorts, my ITB issues flare up a lot more aggressively and last longer, and that all my CW-X gear has been very comfortable and effective. I don't really have an incentive to try anything else when these have worked so well for me. I have been using CW-X for about a year now, in winter and summer. The Revolution tights are noticeably thinner than all my other CW-X bottoms. I was super excited when I took the pants out of the package and instantly realized this (very noticeable) because I run in an area where 85-95 degree heat is typical in June and July. I couldn't stand anything except my short, short Stabilyx Tri shorts when it became that hot. These work though, because they are so much thinner. After running in these for over a month, I can gladly say that I love these, and that they are my favorite of the whole bunch that I own.I don't think I'd buy these for full price (keep an eye out for sales) but I seem to be able to find CW-X at lower prices with a little bit of Amazon patience. They are not magical; I don't feel an instant result, but over time, and comparing them to my other running gear, I see significant benefits with muscle recovery, especially my injury-prone ITB. In addition, they are simply very comfortable for a good run.I do have two minor complaints:1. I am quite petite (let's say I'm close to 5 feet with a slim, athletic build), barely fitting into the bottom scale for the size range, between height and weight. However, according to the specs, I qualify. Yet, there is just a little too much length so that there is some extra fabric between my knee and waist; not enough to be a problem, but enough that it is not truly a perfect fit. I wish CW-X had a petite version to address this issue, but the pants still fit nearly perfectly, and are very comfortable.2. These pants are VERY thin, so it's a bit of a trick to run without showing off your underwear through the pants. I have seen recommendations to "go commando" but I feel like you can see my butt through the pants without underwear. I had a runner go past me once where I had that impression (that he was practically mooning me), so I am mindful of this problem.

By Martha Hawley
Meniscus knee surgery left me with 'squirrely' knees. Wearing the Compression tights has made ALL the difference. 'Holding' the structures in place' allows me 'normal', ache free use. Skiing? I'm going to Colorado skiing this March and look forward to having a great time. These tights do what they say!

I have owned other tights made by them. These are alot lighter and alittle sheer if you bend over. Nothing too sheer. These feel different than previous tights, which I personally love. I ran Boston marathon in them and felt great.
