Runs big, high-waisted

These are high-waisted, generously covering the navel, and they are also pretty stretchy. And they seem to run large. I'm normally a size small in leggings, and in jeans I'm a 6 (or 28-29, and curvy).I ordered these along with Hue's "Skinny Jeanz" denim leggings, which are a darker wash with no polyester. For those, I needed to size up to a medium because the small was skin-tight. On the other hand, these leggings are very roomy in size small. Given how legging stretch out after awhile, I think going down to an XS makes sense. Order down a size for these unless you like a looser fit for your leggings and a super-high waist.The fabric looks convincingly like denim. I could live without the stitching on the pockets. The legs seem long (I'm 5'4"), but then these leggings are big overall. The rivets on the front and back faux-pockets are a nice touch, but with the waistband up beyond your navel, the pockets are high, too, so no one is likely to spot them but you!

Great Leggings!!!

I purchased the basic dark denim wash of these leggings and they are exactly what I was personally searching for. I had a baby in the spring, and believe it or not, slim fitting clothes actually make me appear smaller than baggy clothes. I am about 15 pounds heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight still...and I was not interested in growing my wardrobe for my current size. These jeans were the perfect solution. They do not show any "booty crack" (which I loathe at 40 years old). The generous fit feels comfortable, fits great, and looks super cute with flowy tops and sweaters for the winter. I am about 5'10" and currently weigh 148 pounds. The large was the size I purchased and they fit perfect on my frame. If you are looking for a pair of leggings that will feel comfortable, look cute, are affordable, and ship quickly....these are the ones for you. :o)

The product was comfortable, but would have prefered the XS size actually be smaller. The fit was looser then I had wanted.
